Saw that this morning. I doubt that happens.

Jason La Canfora posted a mock:

15. New Orleans Saints -- Ezekiel, Ansah, OLB, BYU: Lot of buzz about him as a top 10 guy, and with his ability off the edge, a new toy for Rob Ryan to play around with. His very raw, with limited football past, but the Saints won't be scared off by that at all. Tank Carradine or Datone Jones or Jarvis Jones would fit the description here, too, but given Ansah is on the board, I'll go there.

Even veteran NFL front office men say they are having a difficult time coming up with mock drafts they feel confident in this year. “This is the worst draft ever for that,” one general manager said. One reason: four potential top 10 picks have medical issues that could force them to fall. They are cornerback Dee Milliner (shoulder, ankle, knee, hernia), defensive end Dion Jordan (shoulder), defensive end Ziggy Ansah (knee) and defensive tackle Star Lotulelei (heart). It’s also possible that none of them will fall.

Is this the most unpredictable draft ever? It seems that the only blue chippers without questions are the three OT's And one thing about trading up this year is that the cost in player salary is no longer a negative factor with the rookie pay scale. While there has been a lot of talk of teams trading down due to a deep grade B field I think because of a number of teams almost holding too many pics there will be more trade ups than has been predicted.
Hope all enjoy the show!
Pizza and beer tonight.

Rotoworld duel mocks
Both Norris and Silva have us taking Xavier Rhodes with Jones still on the board.

Relax, it's just a mock.

I know but I'm set on pass rush this year
I don't see the need for another corner right now. We need pass rush, safety, and OT help. Unless he is the BPA and it's not close I just don't see it. Especially when a talent like Jones is potentially slipping to us

We should tabulate the consensus of the "reputable" "experts" picks. ie CBS, ESPN , Roto, PFT, NFL, Yahoo

Mike Mayock has Eric Fisher at No. 1 spot and take a look at his thoughts on No. 15, hope it goes like this! Mingo!

HERE is a good source for establishing reputability
Many prolly have never looked at sterling mockers like Al Fronczak

NFP Final
15. New Orleans Saints: Jarvis Jones, DE/OLB, Georgia, Junior: Making the move to a 34 defense is never easy and to make it work you must find impact pass rushing outside linebackers. Jones has been tremendously productive in the SEC and would be a good fit playing rush linebacker in the Saints defense.

The following mock draft consists of 32 selections from 29 team websites that are a part of the FanSided Network. The premise here is a simple one: Our friends from FanSided make the selections and the National Football Post provides the analysis.
15. New Orleans Saints: Ezekiel Ansah, OLB, BYU
By: Chris Roling, Who Dat Dish
Having ranked dead last in the NFL in total defense last year, the Saints use the first round to address that problem.
Ezekiel Ansah is arguably a top-five talent, so he’s a steal here for the Saints at No. 15. New Orleans is implementing a new 3-4 scheme under defensive coordinator Rob Ryan and needs pass rushers to be effective. This selection really came down to Ansah or outside linebacker Jarvis Jones, since the top defensive backs are already off the board. In Ansah you get an elite, albeit raw, physical specimen without the injury concerns enshrouding Jones. Ansah is an immediate starter and game-changer and a major step in the right direction for the worst statistical defensive unit of all time a year ago.

Fronczak draft
I've been following this guy for a few years now. He rank's near the top of most of the Mock Draft scoring systems, and is really good about posting updates on breaking news quicker than most sites
Has us with JARVIS JONES. and the fapping ensues
