I was at the game and didn't even see anything out of the ordinary.
But bad luck, bad loss, and tbh this team isn't making a run without him. It is a blessing we didn't win tonight if he isn't able to come back and we can avoid any sweeps

This is what I figured. Like others have said, it looked like an injury he’s experienced before and familiar with the pain. The way he walked to the locker room, it makes sense

He said left hamstring. Does anyone remember what leg his injury was last year? Hoping for just a grade 1, but even still it would be unlikely he could play Friday

The way he was able to walk, it doesn't look severe. But it pretty much effectively ends his season.

They aren’t letting him play on even the lowest grade hamstring strain given his prior injury. So we can cross this season out. At least it wasn’t a major injury that costs him part of next season.

Depends on severity and if we beat the kings.

Well we know for sure he ain’t playing Friday.

Just wonder if he would be available vs OKC if the injury was minor

Last year was his right leg so that’s good at least. Not reaggravating an old injury.

It could be minor. Remember book injured his hammy vs. us in that series and came back. I think he misses Fridays game but could play against thunder.

I mean, that sucks for sure. This season isn’t over by any means. But, a hamstring injury would at least be better than a major knee injury , like an ACL, or even worse, an Achilles injury, that would linger into next season. It sucks to always say “there is always next year,” but worst case scenario, at least there is a “next year.”

It is more likely he is out most of the offseason than back by this season.

Yeah I doubt that. I think if we beat Kings we’ll see him again.

Really dumb that the Pelicans don't just say this in the post game. They have to disclose injuries anyway. Instead we get "he had an owie." Why let the rampant speculation happen?
