I don't think we need Monroe. He's more of an offensive big than a defensive one. Seeing Davis and where his development is at this point, we don't need an offensive big in the frontcourt. We need a defensive guy who can pile up those boards in a hurry especially since he'll only be expected to play 20-15 mins on most nights.

We have enough scorers. We need some really good role players like a 3&D wingman and a strong defensive presence down low.

Our team have more than enough firepower. We need to improve our role players both in the starting line up and off the bench. We do not need another high usage player.
