I just got an ESPN alert that Tyreke is going to have an MRI on his left knee after banging it with Igoudala, sorry no link.
It says it on the Pelicans feed on the ESPN app as well

Still waiting on the MRI news. Holding my breath on this one. We need Tyreke. His ability to get to the rim was sorely missed out there today.

Right because he could have easily been the difference in that game.
Just from the way everything is going, I have little doubt this is anything but very serious.

Nothing really new, but more than has been quoted so far.

Pop and nothing he's ever felt before doesn't sound good

After the game, without yet knowing the full extent of the injury, Evans said he "felt a little pop, felt a little snap" in the knee in the wake of the first-half collision with Iguodala.
"I never felt nothing like that before," Evans told ESPN.com of the sharp pain.
Evans went on to note that it's the knee he relies on to jump off but did manage to leave the Pelicans' locker room without the need for crutches and under his own power.

Dont they usually wait for swelling to go down a little before an mri? Maybe its not swollen which could be good news? Maybe im just completely wrong?

Remember the guy who started the "what if curry gets hurt" thread? Yeah, this one's on him.

This teams fricking luck man. Finally get to the playoffs with a healthly roster and lose a man in game 1
