Thoughts on trading AD?

This is probably not a popular opinion, but I'll explain my case. No need to have chrome rims on a lemon, his trade value is obviously getting better all the time. We could definitely get some good players/picks to build this team. At this point why not? The team is not going anywhere, might as well try to gut it entirely and start from scratch. However, I am not too confident in Demps to be able to negotiate a good deal. What are your thoughts?

Absolutely not.
New Orleans is not the kind of market that attracts key free agents, when we get a superstar, we have to hold onto him. Plain and simple, Demps, Gentry and half this roster need to be gutted and then rebuilt around Anthony Davis. Davis is the best player in franchise history and we should treat him like Cleveland does LeBron, the NBA is a players league, not a coaches one. Popovich is the best coach in the league and he wins, but Golden State and Cleveland are the benchmarks and you best believe their rosters make their trophies, not the coaches.
So, go out and find whoever Davis wants you to find and keep him happy, end of story because if he leaves, we're in deep shite.
