No one is particularly happy with the skill-sets of the top guys in this draft. Noel, seen as a potential defensive POTY candidate, is probably projected as the best one long-term even with his leg injuries
I think Noel has a high ceiling, but his floor is also pretty low. Typical risk/reward pick, but the NBA draft is littered with stories of GMs getting stupid over the "best big." None of us are making the pick, though, so it won't matter. Just my feeling. I'd rather get someone that can help sooner than later and doesn't already have a history of leg injuries.
