Tyreke Evans will start for Eric Gordon. Gentry trying to get some offense going on the second unit.

Gordon will be coming off the bench tonight. Gentry said he was fine was the decision.

Gentry: Trying something different tonight and starting Ajinca. Goal is to get Davis more space.
I like it.

Question though, if Asik can't play against a "traditional" frontcourt of Gasol/Randolph, when can he play?

That contract...

Glad that Gordon is okay with coming off the bench.

Really want to see a lineup with Davis-Pondexter-Jrue-Tyreke when the team is fully healthy.

That should be a stud second unit though with Gordon, Anderson, and Asik.

He is probably throwing Asik with Anderson and Ajinca with Davis for rebounding.

When is Pondexter coming back?

This team is defijitely capable of being very good if they are healthy.

eventhough we are never healthy

Is his contract really that bad considering the increase in the cap in the near future? I thought it was suppose to be super reasonable at that point.

His contract is reasonable for a starting center, the problem is that it was obvious we wouldn't need a true starting center in the near future because AD would be playing a decent amount there. You just needed Asik for a year or 2 until a more reasonably priced backup big became available.

It also wouldn't be as bad if Asik still looked like a starting center. He doesn't right now. Or if they hadn't also signed Ajinca. And have a decision on Anderson coming up. And Davis' max deal
