Player Stats at Certain Positions

Do any of y'all have a link showing minutes played/player stats at certain positions?
...Davis and PF or C, Evans and Morrow at SG or SF, Anderson at PF or SF?
I'm continuously interested in Davis' ability to play center along with Ryan Anderson, especially with how strong Ryno has looked early.
I believe Tyreke's effectiveness as a SF is important too, as it becomes more and more apparent that Aminu is not a starter.
Can Davis and Anderson work together? Can Gordon and Evans work together?
...The players' effectiveness at these positions greatly affect the future/direction of the team at the trade deadline and offseason, imo.
I would appreciate the link if it exists and any other thoughts y'all have on this. Thanks.

As far as I know, your best bet would be lineup data on NBA.com or Basketball-Reference.
You can look for Anderson/Davis two man pairings and see the numbers (filter it however you like: basic or advanced stats, total MP or MPG, etc). Likewise, you can look up 3 man lineups with Evans and then any two of Holiday/Gordon/Morrow/Roberts/Rivers.
ETA- 82games does work. Thanks TigerinATL

82games used to have that, but it is now defunct.
Really? I'm getting it just fine and they say Davis has played 53% of the center minutes and 20% of the PF minutes. LINK
Did you maybe check at the very beginning of the season and they hadn't updated? I think last year it took them a while to get the stats in their system, maybe they're always a little behind?

They don't start putting out data until a certain amount of games are played, if I remember correctly.

Whoops. Thanks for the catch.
I remember the guy who started the site was picked up by a team a la Hollinger. And then HoopData shut down just recently.
I definitely got those confused and I think some of their links are broken. I checked early and only got 12-13 results. Then I just clicked on Teams/Players on the link you provided and it takes you to 12-13 as well.

thanks guys...good stuff
interesting...will that continue and can we win if that continues?
...lovin the 2 wins in a row, but the schedule has been a joke

I'm not sure how they compile their stats. I've always assumed they did some sort of data mining like parse the game play by plays for substitutions and assume if Smith started at Center and Amundson goes in for Smith then Amundson is playing Center. So the numbers may not be entirely accurate.
For instance, AD's top 2 5 man units by minutes have him listed at Center with Jason Smith listed at PF. In fact the only 5 man units where Davis isn't listed as the center is when Stiemsma or Onuaku are on the floor with him. Maybe they have some big board by position and AD is the #3 Center, so if he's on the floor with anyone else they assume he's playing Center.
We may be a bit homerish, but we're talking about him as the 2nd best player in the league. He's a mismatch for other centers on offense, and while he may not be able to keep the imposing bigs from getting good position, he's so much quicker than them and has such great length, he's actually pretty effective. We can also use the Hibbert defense by sending wave after wave of guard at the rim to try to get opposing bigs in foul trouble.
If you still have doubts, read this game recap from Rohan over at TheBirdWrites. It's supposed to be a Jazz game recap but it's pretty much just gushing over AD and it's great. LINK

There aren't many teams with strong offensive centers. The team may struggle when they encounter teams that do, but they did good against Marc Gasol.

good stuff...ya, the mismatch goes both ways...Davis' length and shot-blocking does a lot of compensating on defense as well
...Anderson and Davis have been playing great. If they're the guys at PF and C, then we really could just be looking at an upgrade at the 3 and some development from Withey to be a good team
