I don't follow the Pels as much as some of you. I see some of these other teams with some decent foreign players. Couldn't we search the globe to replace some of these scrubs?

We could, but we have terrible scouts. And the spurs seem to have these guys waiting in the wings ready to go to the NBA lol. Plus with the spurs history it's very easy for them.

finding them is easy, getting the most out of the potential is the hardest part.
Look at most international players that play for SAS and see them after they leave the team, most don't do well. Pop gets them to buy into the system and plays within their niche, then as they grow/develop expands responsibilities and incorporates them deeper into a system. Some players like Kawhi (I know not international, but you get the point) had the potential, but honestly would have developed it in maybe only 5 other teams.

I honestly don't see what you're seeing. Yeah there is movement but they're doubling the wrong guys and leaving cats with prolific three shooting wide open. There is no need for any of that.
