The thunder adding talent because they young and sucked, not because they were tanking. The Warriors sucked, they weren't intentionally tanking. Just because a small market team doesn't mean you throw away your chances to win for an opportunity to draft a guy who may or may not, which happens 65% of the time, have a drastic impact on your team

I don't disagree with you. Lobos. The draft is easiest way to add affordable talent when you don't have much to offer in trades or want to hold on to your franchise guys.
