Some posters on PR said that MM said he's not getting fired but I'm not sure where they saw that and they didn't elaborate when someone asked them where they got that from. His Twitter account is still down and I didn't see an article about it on BSS.

BSS guys are getting info (if they have any at all) from people who would be fired if Demps is gone.

Yeah. They may not be wrong, but I'm guessing that the only people that know what's going on for sure are Loomis/Lauscha/Benson and maybe Dumars and any of their underlings that would need to know and prepare for such a move. The circle would definitely be small and trustworthy. The likely Dumars camp leak to Woefel would not influence Benson/Loomis in any way which makes me think if it's not true, it's at the very least a trial balloon. The interwebz seemed a lot more receptive to Dumars now than they did a year ago.

They let Monty stay around for a few years bc of the "injury" excuse. They ain't letting Gentry go after one year with for the same reason.
It's just not Bensons way to let people go when he owes him years on their contract. Same reason they'll never stretch Asik, IMO.

I think there is a press conference scheduled next week sometime for management. Might get a better idea then.

It absolutely would be and that's why I hope he is fired before then.

Funny thing is I think Dumars already fired Gentry once & fans want us to hire Dumars (for some illogical reasoning.) If Dumars is hired, bye bye Gentry & I am 99% sure we keep our Coach. Doubt we fire any one unless it's the medical & athletic training staff personnel, injuries have been ridiculous. As Gentry said, "Our team photo will have more people in it than the Saints."
