I will grudgingly admit that rivers has looked useful so far. Re Gordon he has done nothing to justify his minutes or his salary since he got here. Unfortunately what appears to be coming is that rivers will be gone and we will be stuck with sandy for another year

We're stuck with Gordon one way or another. We all bitch and complain about his pay, but being honest with ourselves, its been years since he's signed it and we're stuck with it unfortunately.
He's shooting well below his career fg% right now, but he's playing real solid defense. I think as the numbers start to even out, we'll be fine. Even AD is shooting below his career, slow start, but we're 2-2 and still relatively fine.

I actually kind of trust Austin Rivers this year. He just looks different. He's a different player. And apparently all it took was a little time and some confidence.
But as for Gordon, I don't feel sorry for him one bit. He alienated himself from this fanbase almost from jump street. He talked himself up the whole time and he hasn't earned hardly a dime of what he's made from this franchise.

Felt that way at the game last night

Couldn't have said it any better.
I don't feel bad for Gordon. I feel bad for the team cause it creates a lousy situation for them. You noticed this is the second game in a row, and I haven't heard a peep from anyone getting on the fans' case for booing. That in itself should tell you everything. Even if they don't like it, they must sure as hell understand it.

The point numbers are very, very low. However, he's involving himself in the game other ways. His rebound numbers are awesome, and he's playing great defense. His offense will come around.
