That price is rich man, but we are so thin at the 3. I wonder if we could take a flyer out on Beasley for cheap. God we need a small forward

Oh I didn't know that. I'm surprised I havent seen threads on here about us going after him. Not that I want him. That's just what I would expect from some people on here

Wish Batum would force a sign and trade with us. Toss over Aminu, Jack, and next years first. They could go for that.

Dell Demps is not trading Jarrett Jack, Aminu AND a first round pick for Nicolas Batum.

I'd do it. Especially if Batum's contract was decent

Then screw the pick JJ is expiring we are not gonna keep him, Aminu could be good and might not be Probably not a long term answer.

I posted this in another thread yesterday, Batum is the real deal.

Last year's PER stats by Hollinger for SF's

Very comparable numbers to Danny Granger and Rudy Gay this season, only 23 years old and just finished his 3rd season in the NBA. This is absolutely the kind of guy we would want to tie money up to long term

I think there is a better chance that we do keep him than we don't. He genuinely likes it here.

He is a good talent, no doubt about that.

But with him being a RFA, It will be extremely difficult to acquire him. Portland is sure to match any offer sheet that he signs, especially if Hibbert ends up back in Indianapolis.

Dell would do this in a heartbeat as would any other competent GM. JJ type players grow on trees in this assosciation. Batums do not.

Yeah I like him as a backup to Rivers and Gordon in the playoffs he can come in at the 1 or the 2 like Derek Fisher did with the Thunder. I just don't think he wants 5mil only to be a backup.

What's the deal with Iggy's assist rate on that graft? It's over 28, is that a percentage?

Hockey has 10 year contracts.

perhaps with the pieces we already have in place, a couple of guys get together and consider making us a "Miami" type of destination to battle in the West
