I don't think it's as bad as HR was but it's still restricting.
Others can likely enlighten you further as I'm basing this on things I've heard from others and my limited experience there(I post from time to time/lurk).
Mcnamara thinks we're too edgy though.

I want to quit twitter when people retweet McNamara. The sad part is, he sometimes puts out some worthwhile tweets. But there are too many that are fueled by his insecurity. It's sad to see someone go through that in public.

I think I have about 40 total posts on Saints Report and about 15-20 on Pelicans Report. The content is sometimes good on both, but I can get good content here without being restricted.

I haven't been on Saints Report in years and have no interest in it.
My perma-ban from Hornets Report and the mutual disdain between me and Harvey. . . and that other former site owner who lives in California (can't remember his handle) is old news. Although, clearly, I am right and they are wrong.
It seems like the new guys aren't a hell of a lot better. It still seems pretty restrictive last time I looked. And the idea that Hornets Report is some fount of basketball knowledge is fricking laughable (I said fricking, tee hee . . . this site's so "edgy"). There are more than two or three posters with solid basketball knowledge on Pelicans Talk and plenty of dumbasses on HR. I think McNamara just didn't like the fact that his arse isn't sufficiently kissed over here.

I'm 40 years old, not a racist, not a sexist, not a homophobe. I have some experience on this board, on the old Hornets Report, and the newer Pelicans Report. It is my opinion that PT is a MUCH superior -- and more entertaining -- board for Pelicans discussion. I do enjoy the PR homepage for the section that contains the recent tweets. But the main board has surprisingly little actual Pelicans discussion, and MM and his cohorts have become insufferable to me. They play reporter too much and when they're wrong -- and get called out on it -- they threaten to take their ball and go home. The fact that he is taking time out of his obviously busy schedule to publicly insult this board really speaks more to his personal flaws than to the content of PT.

McNamara once crane kicked a baby. Oh and BSS sucks. I used to like hornets 247 when they did actual game recaps and tried to do some analysis but last time I was there it was just a one paragraph atrocity with no basketball merit. I stopped going to that place over a year ago. Seems like the more people they brought on the worse it got. Btw, where has 42 disappeared to?

Wonder if he just got tired of arguing with us. Good dude though. Gave me free tickets to the Heat game 2 years ago.
I know that Mason will post here from time to time too. He actually linked on of our threads on twitter this week saying it was great discussion. Good to see we're not too edgy for him.
