I agree.

Cousins will never expand his offensive game. Davis is about to expand his game and become a more dynamic offensive player.

the Griffin downplaying was warranted until this year. He should have been in the running for MIP. He looked like a whole new player even though his stats didn't jump up that much

Howard is a great player. He's so strong, and he can rebound and push people around when he wants to. And he's a really good scorer for someone with no shot and no FT shooting ability. That's being fair.

All that being said, Davis just does too many things. He's already infinitely more versatile than Howard and can do a lot of things Dwight just can't. His all around skill level just destroys Dwight. Even a total homer like Boom should be able to admit that.

And I do think we tend to downplay Griffin and Love on here.
Agree on all accounts. Howard's still an awesome player, maybe not what he was, but still excellent. He handled himself like a clown his last days in Orlando, though. Then I found myself defending him in LA. You had people bitching about him not being prime Dwight, just months after a serious back surgery.

Hate that he came to our division, but glad he had the balls to give LA the middle finger.

Howard must read PT to get hyped before the game.

He is a better all-around player than Dwight. At his age, he's definitely more valuable.

Howard is a more physical defender and more powerful around the rim. Outside of that, AD is better in almost every way:

Better handles
Better shot
More range
Better passer
Better free throw shooter

It's not really a debate, but Howard is still a ridiculously good player. He's just on the decline from a pretty darn good peak and not declined that much. He is what he is.

If you replace Howards name with an in his prime SHAQ, the statement is still true. Obviously that doesnt make Davis better than ShAQ. Try using different criteria next time.

You are certainly steadfast in your delusion.
