Kobe on AD: "He's an athletic Pau Gasol. That's the best way I can put it. He can be one of the greatest power forwards who has ever played"

Huge compliment to AD, subtle dig at Pau

He says AD could be the greatest: Compliment.

He implies that Pau Gasol was/is not athletic: dig.

I've never seen anyone talk trash or try to put down Davis. Everybody raves about his talent and they all seem to like him. I'm glad he is a good guy and he is a great ambassador for the team/city. But he is going to have to develop a mean streak..

The Gasol comparison is pretty dead on. Gasol was a beast in Memphis (playing Center mainly I might add). I don't think it's a dig at Gasol though. I'm sure Gasol knows his limitations..

Eh. Pau to me was definitely a more "skilled" player, had a great great post game, and relied on finesse.

Davis is a thing onto himself, but if it needs sto be pinned down he's some kind of Garnett/Hakeem/Amare hybrid with a variety of others thrown in.

He's showing definite signs of leadership. He's more like duncan or durant in his personality.

AD is doing fine at PF.

If anything it'll be like garnett/duncan later i his career with the crunch time 5 role.

boom is more of a troll than a nonbeliever. lsu480 legitimately thought jrue was our star not AD and that we should trade AD for the #1 pick in last year's draft and that everybody but us homers would agree with him

Ok I've seen enough then. Because Jahlil Okafor could come in and dominate AD right now, he's the #1 pick next year and the you get three more number ones. Yeah let's not do that trade

I'll be quiet bro. Gonna go re-watch AD commit stupid early fouls making his same rookie mistakes and then go for an epic 14 and 8 on my dvr. So glad I get to watch this "superstar" every night.

No our fans are too "wow'ed" by these amazing 14 and 8 performances by AD tonight while getting tagteamed by Randolph and Gasol. He needs to put some muscle on if he wants to compete with the big boys. Trade for assets and re-start the rebuilding, gonna finish last again in the southwest anyway.

It's becoming obvious this team isn't gelling and doesn't have what it takes to win it all. When do we trade AD for multiple assets so we can get some depth to compete with the tough teams in the west? What could we get in a trade for him?

He was trolling though I believe

He won't tell me what his handle is. He claims to post but I doubt it because I would've busted him by now.
