I've been meditating and speaking to my spiritual advisor & I hate to say it but

The Pels aren't going to have a shot at the playoffs.
We have an amazing player, a pretty good player, and a bunch of guys. We'll be better off playing Buddy 30 minutes per game and trading Jrue Holiday and Tyrke Evans for draft picks.
We should also fire Alvin Gentry and let Darren Erman have free reign to see if he is head coaching material or not. In a perfect world, Dell Demps would be fired too before he can trade away our future.

i think buddy needs to get a few more minutes than what he's getting right now, but you don't want him playing 30 minutes, developing bad habits because he just isn't ready yet. which isn't to say he won't ever be ready. i really think with his work ethic, he can be a JJ Reddick type player...just needs a little time (which I know people are blowing their shite about, but whatever)

they need to fire dell and allow the new GM to decide what he wants to do with the coach.

Well, yeah, I agree. I just think the only possible interim on our staff is Erman. I still think he's a good coach, too. He's obviously just hamstrung by Uncle Al

not saying they should tank, but if they are going to fire everybody and move on from Holiday/Evans, they should look to trade Davis.
Buddy Hield, Pels own pick, Hill, Moore, Asik and Davis is a half-assed rebuild. that team isn't going anywhere either. might as well rip the whole band-aid off. they will never get "fair" value for Davis, but that doesn't mean you must hold on to Davis.

2017 PHI + LAL 1sts/2019 SAC 1st
Holmes+Okafor to Pels
obviously see where the ping pong balls land, but, including their own pick, that is likely 3 top 10 picks in a loaded lottery. SAC is an unprotected 1st in 2019.
ownership won't do something like this for some valid reasons, but it's not like people go the games w/ Davis

I would send the AD, hill, and gentry for Dallas' 1st, Barnes, and Carlisle. I'll then fire dell
