Can't disagree with you more on this. I hated everything Hornets. Love Pelican logo but not crazy about colors .

I dig the shite out of the rebrand but I just wish they'd quit half stepping and go full-pelitard
the mascot doesn't do anything
the player intro is beyond sad
there is no pelican related video or anything during the games and stoppages
I want squadrons of fricking pelicans on the video screen delivering devastation upon the prey at hand
I want a giant fricking pelican swallowing cheerleaders
I want a mascot that does stupid shite to fire up the crowd
I want some gotdam pelicans in the house... 3D pelicans projected on the floor
