Has anyone ever bought tickets from someone on Craigslist

Looking to by some tickets for a couple of home games in the next couple of weeks. I found a guy who said he could send me PDF of the tickets that way I can print them out. Can you do this or am i being scammed? Please help

are you giving him cash?
if you paypal, don't send as gift (family/friends) so that way if its fake you can fight it.

doesnt mean you're not being scammed, though. He could easily edit a ticket to make a fake one and send it to you.
Tickets are cheap enough these days. Just use stubhub and have peace of mind.

I used this scenario for the women's soccer game a few weeks ago and had no problems FWIW

Nah
It's an official email from STH Account Manager, with the PDF attached PDF. Paper tickets become void once the digital copy is created to forward to someone.
If it's some Joe Blow email with an attachment in it, well, dont mess with it

Just wait until about two hours before the game and check stub hub. They'll be practically free. This is why I've never gotten season tickets.
