Real GM is doing nightly playoff pods and this one is after Game 2. They are actually in the car after the game.

Going super small might be a good option if Asik/Anderson don't bring much.

I'd like to see some Babbitt at the 4. Forces Green to guard him, Bogut on Davis which is a plus for us. Hopefully he can get the 3 going and open the court up even more for AD.

Its also almost begging Golden State to try and exploit him on defense with Green, which i'm all for. Any shot Curry or Thompson isn't taking is a good shot for us.

That's a good call with Babbit on both offense and defense. If Anderson is a no show again, that should be an option.

I like Cunningham and think he's played well, but they just ignore him on offense. As well (somewhat surprisingly) as they have played on defense, I don't think the Pels can win a defensive game v the Warriors. Defense is their bread and butter.

I think the way to help combat Green is to get even smaller than them. He's a force defensively, but nothing he does offensively stops you from putting a guy like Pondexter, Tyreke, or even Babbitt on him. And like I said, if they want to post him up on one of those guys, fine with me.

So you've either got Green out guarding the 3 point line with Bogut on Davis, win for us. Or you force Golden State to go SUPER small with Green at the 5 and maybe Barnes at the 4. Another win for us, they have no rim protection. Field day for Tyreke, and no help on Davis when he beats Green.

Jrue
Gordon
Tyreke
Pondexter/Babbitt
Davis

We need to start making them matchup with us

I think this is the point where Monty would throw you out of the staff meeting.

Funny thing is, Monty's talked about matching up with us a BUNCH of times in the past. I just think our version of "making them match up with us" is small ball with the Davis/Anderson combo. I don't they imagined they'd ever go even smaller than that. Although, they have with Cunningham.

Go even smaller. I know, physically, Cunningham profiles well vs Green, but who cares? He's not beating us offensively. There's no need to matchup with him on that side of the floor.

I personally think the best lineup is any 3 combo of Reke/EG/Cole/Jrue with Cunningham/QPon playing the 4 and AD at the 5.
They can't play Bogut if we do this. If they do this, we can switch every pick and be alright for the most part aside from Green getting on Cole/Jrue/EG. and i'll take my chances with that.

I think Cunningham should play more at the 4 with AD. He's been pretty money on mid range shots and no one hustles like he does.

My best lineup is Cole/Jrue/EG/Cunningham/AD. Very aggressive defensive team and the floor gets spaced on offense with shooters everywhere. Tyreke slows things down to much.

We saw a lot of AD/Cunningham in game 2 because of how bad Anderson has been. I think they'll give Anderson another shot to get it going in game 3, if not, they'll probably go back to Cunningham.

I'd like to see Babbitt because he spaces the floor more than Cunningham. Dante's fine with that midrange jumper, but Golden State would be just fine with him taking that shot. It's a different story if Babbitt's knocking down 3s.

Ryno has shot much better at home this year than on the road.

a Stephen Curry-esque 41.7% at home
an Al Farouq Aminu-esque 27.2% on the road

Hopefully these 2 games are good for his confidence going forward.

Babbit is 54% at home
