There is not one, not one single reason that monty is still a head coach in the league. This team is always completely under prepared and look completely unenthusiastic.
He has to go. Davis is a generational talent and he's going to walk away because we have a completely inept head coach who can't get his team ready to beat teams that barely resemble a d league roster and are actually tying their fricking damndest to lose every game.
