Final stretch for draft standings..scenarios and standings

Pels lose 1 more game, they lock in the 6th place odds at minimum. Pels lose 2 more with the T-Wolves winning 2 more, they go to a coin flip to determine 5th place odds.
Pels would lose the tie breaker to the Kings if they would end up with the same record, and go to a coin flip with the Knicks if they ended with the same record.
5th T-Wolves 28-52 ||| Pels 2-1 vs T-wolves
6th Pelicans 30-50
7th Knicks 32-48 ||| Pels 1-1 vs Knicks
8th Kings 32-48 ||| Pels 4-0 vs Kings

Assuming the Pelicans finish 6th. Are these odds correct?

3rd pick 8.1%
Oh, and since 1990 (the beginning of the weighted lottery), only 4 teams with the worst record have won it. Only 4 teams with the second worst record have won it. So . . . there's hope.
