This season, we ranked our top 25 under 25 based not on who they are now, but who they can become. It's not solely based on potential as much as the projection on how much of that full potential can be reached. In a sense, this ranking represents how these players would be drafted if each was available in the draft right now. Insider Link; Free Video

I might take Paul George over Davis in a draft right now. He's proven more stable than Davis who's already been hit with a few minor injuries in a short career.

Both will be superstars but I'd give the nudge to George.

How is that Popcorn? Pretty sure I started a thread on this board saying I would take Davis over everyone not named Lebron, including Durant.

Cousins should be 4th behind AD, Harden, and George.

If Detroit had taken Rivers, we could be sitting with both AD's....Drummond falling to the 9th was a steal. I agree Cousins should be higher, 23 yrs old and a beast.

We're 20 games in...
Irving showed promise over 62 games last year.
Cousins over 3 full seasons has been very good.
Lillard was ROY, currently leading Portland to the best record in West.
Wall is a poor shooter with tons of athleticism.
Drummond shoots 37% from the FT line.

Irving is becoming a volume shooter like westbrook. shitty assist numbers too

Cousins is a beast, no denying that

Lillard is equivalent to irving. low % shooting and 'okay' ast/to numbers. record is good, but that's because their team as a whole is badass

wall > irving and lillard. He has better assist numbers and a better AST to TO ratio. His fg% is 1 point higher. They all have that issue

drummond makes shaq look awesome with ft shooting. outside of that, he has a ceiling that is extremely high. Everyone knew that coming into the draft, the issue was his floor is WAY low. so far 2nd season averaging 13/13 is not bad. He just turned 20 in august.

I just see more star potential in Irving and Lillard. Wall is just too erratic for my liking, that's all.

Irving plays 0 defense. A backcourt of him and Harden would make for some cool video game numbers.

ETA: I'm on a phone.

Wall is a fricking stallion of a PG, big, strong, quick. He has a lot more star potential than irving or lillard, they just have better fundamentals at the moment. He's the lebron of PGs, easily much more physically talented than irving and lillard.

Wall has been one of the best PGs in the league since he returned from injury last season. I like Kyrie and Lillard but I would not hesitate in taking Wall over both of them.
