That sucks for Dyson. Would imagine he's done for the season and should be ready for the start of next year. Maybe he can be back if we make a deep run in the playoffs. Trying to use the same timeframe as Trey.

I didn't even seen when he got hurt against the Lakers.

Man if this doesn't carve out 15 mins of Hawkins...

He’s barely logged any minutes the last couple of games with Naji being out. It’s clear Willie doesn’t like him or trust him. I doubt it will change going forward

More time for Jose and J Hawk is never a bad thing. Dyson was a beast defensively but we have lost games because of his garbage arse offense, abd if him and Naji are both out, we save Willie Green from his garbage arse coaching decisions by default.

Watch this result in the team playing better as a whole unit and hopefully Dyson and Naji never returning to the regular lineup.

If I was pels- I would try to get vet def guy like thad young in the buyout market. Dyson also was one of our better rebounding players

He has some offensive growing pains but Im not going to sit here saying we lost games because Dyson had offensive issues. If anything, his defense helped us win games- it honestly puts even more pressure on Herb now.

Yeah, gotta disagree.

Hawkins defense and going ice cold also lost us more games than Dyson did.

Naji, Hawkins, and Zeller are the three players with a negative BPM that's a regular rotation guy (30+ games)

Can the Pels use an injury exception to buy a solid guy now?

Not sure but they have the roster spots- Thad Young would be my guy and Delon Wright if Wiz release him in the buyout market.

Wasn’t this the same injury as Trey Murphy? If he undergoes surgery he could be back in 8 weeks for playoffs.

All depends on whether he will need an uncomplicated meniscectomy(remove some pieces) or if you have to have the meniscus repaired. Could be back in a matter of weeks if he just has a meniscectomy, but would be 3-6 months with a repair. There are some other factors but that’s an overview.
