I started out a big Thibs fan but have sense grown ready for him to exit. First time I got irritated with him was when Drose was on the court in a blowout win and hurt his knee the first time. I've since noticed our players seem overtaxed he's known to play his guys to many minutes and to overwork them in practice. I watched us trade two first round draft picks for Doub McDermott who does nothing but collect dust on the bench while we struggle at times to find offense. I get the feel the players don't like him. I think he's a good coach but I think the Pels can find better.

Did Thibs make that trade/pick or did the front office?

I don't see his head in the clouds like I did with Monty when other teams come back from 20 down in the 4th.

As far as injuries go, it seems like D-rose is the only one who misses significant time. Most of our players under Monty get the injury bug for some time every year

Noah missed a lot and looks to be finished at a young age. Thibs hasn't gotten the reputation for nothing.

Regardless who made the trade when you struggle on offense and don't give him a shot but you have Tony Snell on the court that tells me all I need to know

That's called being a pussy.
I'm sure MJ and Kobe and hundreds of other players did very little in practice, minus AI, and was always tired in games from too much practice and playing time.
and even Iverson, a known practice hater, played all out all the time.

They don't make millions of dollars to fart around. If you don't like playing 40 minutes a game, go find something else to do.

No nba team is immune to injuries, and the bulls don't have more than others. Westbrook hurt his knee in a game out of hand, so did CP3. shite happens.

People that blame thibs for injuries are just butt hurt over Rose and his injuries and his stupid comments about returning from them.

What? He averaged 30 minutes a game with 9.6 rebounds, both more than his career average. Also, 30 is not young for a big man in the NBA.

Where did I blame injuries on his practices? The only injury I put on him is the first knee injury for drose when they were blowing the opponent out

Any evidence to back up this claim of Thibs overworking his players? Looks like the Pels starters averaged more minutes this year than Chicago's.

so you've had enough of him as a coach b/c you think Bulls players are overtaxed b/c of him? Do you think it's all of his players, or just Rose? b/c i've never seen Noah, Gibson or Gasol ever not give it there all.
OK, send him on down.
Sounds like he likes for his players to give a shite and to play hard. some people are lazy and don't give a shite.

No I think they are overtaxed by watching them play seeing late half and late game collapses that's why I think they are overtaxed

Rose had a freak injury, wasn't rushed back.

The only player to truly get overtaxed are his wings and typically it's because the backups are horrid. Deng and Butler (he's a tweener) have literally horrible defensive options behind them.

Deng is going on 11 years and he still played quality 30+mpg for Miami and is still productive.

Maybe his practices are hard, maybe he is rough on them, but he's not been gifted much offensive talent outside of rose and now Butler.

Maybe they just aren't a good offensive team, which is why they have late game collapses. Maybe their bench sucks.

You're not going to convince me that Butler/Noah/Gasol/Gibson are tired b/c of their coach. They are in better shape than 99.9% of the people on this earth.

If a guy isn't able to perform in the NBA, maybe the issue is with the pick, not the coach, especially when a coach has a reputation for coaching guys up *cough*Jimmybutler*cough*.
