Does Jrue stay this aggressive for the rest for the year?

I wouldn't mind paying whatever to keep Jrue with the way he's playing overall right now.

Is he just now recovering from his turf toe injury?

He wants the max this offseason so there is all the motivation he needs

I want him to stay like this for the next 5 and a half years. If he does, I will be happy with the Pels signing him to a massive deal. This version of Jrue is unbelievable. I would take this guy we have seen over the last two weeks over every PG outside of CP3, Westbrook, and Curry. This version of Jrue has been what we have been waiting for

This version of Jrue shows up every once in a while and then goes in to hiding for a while

After his big game the other night he explained his improvement coming from following the coaches advice of focusing on running the sets instead of running the offense. People have often said he disappears when he's "in charge" of the offense. Do you think something significant has actually changed?

He also did give some credit to DMo and having another ball mover on the court is helpful.

Jrue is starting to play like Jordan in the SNL "First Black Globetrotter" skit. He's making everything and just stealing the ball left and right.

Bring back the Jrue/Reke backcourt.

He is significantly more aggressive. It is not just about shots going in as opposed to being an inch off. He is attacking and looking for his own but is also finding guys with beautiful dimes when he bends the defense.

I have seen him put up stats like this, but I have never seen him play like this

He's been fantastic the past week or so. If he and AD can play together at a high level this team can be fun to watch.

I have been all about keeping Jrue. He is underrated as a talent as he is more of an all around player.

I love seeing this improvement and shift in Jrue's play.

I just hope it isn't the Ariza effect.

What I mean is that contract year spike in output that gets everyone thinking this player has taken the next step, only for them to sign a new contract and revert back to the mean.

best case scenario at this point is that holiday is legitimate and the team still loses
depressing though

AD has usually played well against Detroit, I'm curious to see if he has a big game or another bad one. He really looked tired last night. If he has a bad game tonight maybe they do go on a losing streak.

biggest issue going forward is if Davis can't/won't play the 5 most of the time.

deck is already stacked against Pels reaching just 50 win status. if they can't keep him at the 5, i don't see much of a chance of reaching even that bar

When he and DMo are on the court, who is the "5", though? If DMo can defend centers and they put some muscle on Diallo, the hope would be that AD can defend PF's next year and beyond
