What fun bunch is responding to is not ridiculous???

I'd love to hear some interesting opinions, personally, rather than "hey burke is #5 on the mock draft so it would be totally ridiculous to think #8 would be better for our team!"

No, your negative opinion of McLemore because he wasn't an eloquent speaker.

Oladipo looks bigger than mclemore when they were with the same reporter. He also hunches his back a bit with a short neck. Overall he's gotta have at least a couple of inches of length on mclemore. Seems sharper too.

Reporter: "so, Mclemore what do you want to show teams at individual workouts?"

Mclemore:"I wanna get on the court and uh workout, you know um just show em what I need to worm on and workout and show em what I need to improve and uh work and uh workout." *smiles*

Seems pretty clear what you're implying. Both that his answer makes him "dumb" and that Oladipo is a better prospect.

That was basically what mclemore said. I'm just trying to contribute what I can. Did he not say that? Has oladipo not seemed longer and sharper than mclemore? They didn't shoot, they just interviewed so that's the only comparisons I could make today.

If you want to prove me wrong, you can contribute evidence rather than expressing your lack of patience and short temper, perhaps due to some sort of anal pain?

you can post 10 videos of oladipo derping and mclemore being eloquent or playing smart on court if you want to prove my small sample irrelevant. Thanks.

I just couldn't give two fricks what they have to say. Them talking is no evidence of anything. At all.

Play basketball.

McLemore is a much better shooter and a very explosive athlete.

Oladipo is a better defender and an explosive athlete in his own right.

McLemore is the better prospect, IMO. But we'll see.

I don't think he's doubting that, and if you think that makes him a lesser player that's fine, he was just disagreeing with the degree to which you think his eloquence affects his ability to play the Quarterbackesque Shooting Guard position.

Ok whenever you see comparisons go ahead and post them. I had time to post what I saw today so I did. If you don't care what he said then don't respond.

Of anything the top prospects do. I'd love to see actual happenings of anything they do, personally. I started this thread to talk about what's going on at the combine. Lets talk about the prospects not me and whatever bias you think i have. Let's talk about measurements and promises and drills and anything they do at the combine such as interviews. Ifnyou have any actual stats or words that were said then go ahead and post them. Just get off my jock.

They haven't played basketball at the combine.

San Diego St. SG Jamaal Franklin met with the Blazers yesterday, and the whole meeting consisted of a psychological test taken on a computer

Franklin said he thinks Blazers sent psychologist Dana Sinclair because teams question his character. "Because I'm a warrior on the court.''

Franklin said he considers himself one of the best defenders in the draft. He compares his offense to JR Smith and his defense to Tony Allen

First day of NBA Combine in the books. Steven Adams & Rudy Gobert garnered most buzz. Reggie Bullock & Allen Crabbe really shot it well

Interesting stuff from SI's Chris Mannix

Kansas's Ben McLemore says his first three interviews were Cleveland, Minnesota and New Orleans.

Otto Porter has interviewed with Charlotte, Phoenix and OKC. Says he looks at Cleveland, Phoenix and Orlando as being the best fit.

Cody Zeller says he interviewed with Toronto, Portland, Houston and Boston. Denies wingspan is 6-8. Says closer to 6-11.

Don't be surprised to see Shabazz Muhammad start to plummet on draft boards. Hearing concerns about his mechanics and one dimensional play

McLemore makes no sense whatsoever for Cleveland, but they may go with the "acquire talent" model.
