Losing herb to injury hurts my heart. Here comes Dyson just staying in front of this guy and making everything difficult.

I have never been this impressed with a player this fast, and that includes Zion. He is well beyond his years in understanding the game, never gets sped up, and makes really smart decisions.

This kid may become an elite 1 guard.

Dyson looked very impressive in his very first NBA start.

He also finishes well when he decides to attack the basket.

And his 3 ball is wet. My only complaint is he takes a bit too long to shoot it.

Dyson is what we drafted defensively and more than we drafted offensively.

As a rookie.

He’s going to be a stud. Pels stacked.

Me thinks bbiq and effort can build a contender when your two best players are already stars.

Going to be interesting to see how Willie works him in when Herb and BI are back.

Daniels is actually exactly what the Pels need from a point guard. His ability to not only run an offense, but be a connector truly makes this team better. Daniels, Ingram, Jones, Murphy, and Zion lineup will just be deadly. Then we also have 2 guards in Alvarado and McCollum, and 2 bigs in Nance and Jonas. Will be interesting how they use Graham, Hayes, and Lewis as trade pieces.

Also as the Lakers play better a lottery pick between 9-14 would also be used as a trade piece unless they fall in love with one of the bigs. I like Brandon Miller, it will just be hard for me to select him because we are so loaded on the wing. But Kel’el Ware is a nice big with solid shooting and great rim protection.

I predict

Dyson, BI, Herb, Trey, Zion is going to be our best lineup this year. You have a great mix of offense and defense, 3 point shooting and attacking the rim. I am not saying these are our 5 best individual players, just that they will work well together.

We are barely into the season. Willie is bringing him along just fine.

Exactly. Remember how little Trey played at this point last year and the way he evolved into his role by April. This staff has more than earned our trust in how they choose to bring along young talent.

Most people that knew about him before the draft knew he woukd be the 2nd best defender on the team by the time the season started.

All this praise is for last night's game?

I didn't watch it all yet. Was he really that good? The box score doesn't reflect that at all..

Defense doesn’t necessarily show up in the box score and he was taking on Herb’s role as defender with Herb out.

I'll take your word for it.

It's weird cause he had a -10 in 32 minutes. He was the only player in the negative. On the flip side, Alvarado had a +27 in 24 minutes. We won by 18..
