Yep

Pretty much every single mock had him going slightly before the pels pick

frick YES

frick YEA

LIKE MY MANG CAT SAID, EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON

This is a fricking steal guys.

Look, I get why some scouts weren't as high on him. He isn't the thickest dude so he might not be able to handle the physicality of the league.

But this dude could take over a game in college and it didn't matter who he was playing. He is virtually unguardable due to his speed when he's on. He also made pretty big improvements in his 3pt shot from halfway through his sophomore year to now.

Idk why he couldn't improve even more with the work.

Another knock on him was some of his decision making and low efficiency stretches, but listen, NC States offense last year had stretches where no one else could score and he was forced to make things happen. We had games where our #2 and #3 scorers would go like 3-20 from the field and we would score 60ish points and cat would be near half of them.

Dude was forced into making things happen and he did. He is incredible when it comes to making his own shot. Pick and roll/iso/whatever. Off the dribble he can get open and hit pull up shots or drive to the lane.

HEs got some Allen Iverson in him

I like this pick up.

He was unstoppable in the second half of the LSU game last season (which wasn't hardto do vs us )

I remember him. That kid can play. I think he will make the team. As far as him being to skinny, well we will see.

I mean Reggie Miller could not have been much bigger.

Hopefully we will lock him up before that. I do not know how summer league works as far as are you on that team or are you free to sign anywhere?

With losing Bryce (RIP) this guy could fit the bill

Taking all bets that he won't make the team. He is low IQ offensively and poor defensively. He is a roster filler on our summer league team. But then again, I said before the draft that this would happen with some UDFA, so I shouldn't be surprised.

I was told when I said this that posters are more rational here and it wouldn't happen. Thanks for not letting me down!!

I would like to see Dorian Finney-Smith and Wayne Seldon on the summer team. Not sure if either have a shot at a roster spot but both are talented.

The first step is admitting you have a problem. Over on the Saints Talk they have a name for it, the Onome Ojo. Maybe that's what we need, a name for the SL sensation we'll be disappointed doesn't make the roster.
