This is from the same group in the previous thread that projected the Pelicans to win 47 games next season. I know it's not much, but I'm desperate for NBA news/discussion

1. LeBron James Cavaliers |
Small forward
First-place votes: 17
Total points: 115

2. Anthony Davis Pelicans |
Power forward
First-place votes: 9
Total points: 77

The top 5 are listed in the link. Curry at 5 was a surprise (not that I think he would win back to back).

If you have ESPN Insider you can read this article about how Haberstroh thinks AD will actually win the MVP.

If AD has the best season by far he will win the MVP. If he has a season that is not by far the best, but he's still in the running for MVP, he will probably lose to whoever he is running against. The other MVP candidates probably will be in big markets (harden in Houston, curry in LA) or be previous MVP winners (lebron or Durant). It's an uphill battle for AD as the youngest of the bunch and in a small market and on likely the worst of those teams

I really hope he wins though, bc that means we probably have a great season

A tad surprised to see LeBron at #1.

wat?

I agree the big market superstars tend to have an edge when it comes to awards like this. If AD averages 27 and 12 and leads the league in blocks and the Pels make the playoffs i think it'd be hard for him to not win

Sure I can help you with your fantasy draft. Send me the date so I can put it on my calendar. Believe it or not I have more people asking me for help than you could ever imagine. Even with my fee increase.

Don't know it yet

I'm itching for it though. Got a couple of sleepers/busts?
