That's the weird thing. They don't know which play he hurt his hand.

No word yet. He didn't come back after 1st quarter. Get the young man some milk!

I think that depends entirely on how well the team plays without him. It's his non shooting hand so I can see them rushing him back if seats are getting hot. What kind of cast/protection are you allowed to wear? Anything stronger than tape?

I'd so much rather a hand injury than anything else

I'd also prefer bone injuries to ligament injuries

This is manageable, IMO. He'll probably miss 2-3 weeks

Sounds about right. Of course, we'll know more tomorrow.

Is there a chance that he works on his range and evolves to a versatile 3 eventually? He drained jumpers at the 3 for team USA, and I can't see him lasting down-low.
Just a thought

Doubt it. I think he's been kind of injury prone because he just grew so recently. He might still be growing in his hands. I think this little break will be good for him in the long run and give him some time to work on his game and rest and get a little thicker. I still think his destiny is to be a C in the mold of hakeem, he's too good at blocking to be on the perimeter.

That's cool. I just always find it interesting when someone logs on and doesn't take literally 1 minute to check for crap that clearly would have been covered.

I hope you're right about his growth-spurt, but we all saw this coming, it was just a matter of time. I hope he can muscle up and stay out of trouble down there.

After all, the key to ability is availability.

I was working on project and watching just offense on mute but somehow or another I missed him going out. I thought at first maybe he was in foul trouble. Then I turn it up in 3rd quarter and announcers ruined my night
