Judge me all you want...
The Dixie Chicks absolutely dominated "Landslide".

Great call on Blinded by the Light
I like Lonestar's cover of Walking in Memphis.
Blue Rodeo covers the BeeGees "To Love Somebody" very well.

Jose Gonzales cover of The Knife's "Heartbeats" is pretty great
LINK
Joe Cocker covering The Beatles "with a Little Help From My Friends" is probably da GOAT doe.
LINK
Dr. Dog does a great cover of Architecture In Helsinki's "Heart it Races"
LINK
I typically hate cover but these three are really great

on't know if it is my absolute favorite and considering I heard it for the first time about 2 months ago, there is probably some recency bias here, but The War on Drug's cover of Touch of Grey is pretty awesome.
I have never been a big Grateful Dead fan but I might buy the tribute album
I am digging Unknown Mortal Orchestra's version of Shakedown Street

The album "Deadicated" which was done about 23 years ago or so, is really pretty decent. It is a myriad of bands covering the Dead.
