There's lots of great songs mentioned (and a couple of bad ones), but I think a perfect rock song may be Are You Gonna Be My Girl by Jet.
Between the beat, the guitar hooks, the lyrics, and the overall swagger, it just screams rock and roll to me.
There are better songs and probably more perfect songs, but that one is rock.

That’s a song that results in me instantly changing the radio station or straight up walking out of the bar I’m in if it starts playing. I absolutely HATE that stupid, warn out, over-played, over-produced shitbag of a song.
