I've grown to hate classic rock due to repetitive airplay, but I heard "Freebird" yesterday and turned it up.

Love the studio version. One From The Road version. Their original demo version. Pretty much all of them.

What songs are beyond burnout for you?

Love this song but if you happen to be listening to the radio and it comes on, it's always a big disappointment due to how much of the lead is chopped off. Have to listen online to hear the full version. Now satellite radio I don't know. Never have heard it on XM.

I only hear it on Sirius. I really am not sure if it's cut. I tend to see The Knack pop up on my presets and instantly click, so It's not often I hear the beginning anyway. That's what I love and a plug and play radio. I can see 5 lines of text at all times. 5 presets showing what's on.

Gotcha. It's actually the guitar lead/solo later in the song I'm referring to. BIG difference between the two. Here are both versions.

Shortened version

Original version

The shortened version cuts the lead off right at the 3:16 mark after a mere 26 seconds. This is the only version on standard radio anymore. That same point on the original version video is at the 3:12 mark, but the lead continues for another full 40 seconds. It jams too, big time. So the shortened version takes a 1:06 solo and cuts it to 26 seconds. SUCKS!!!

There are too many to list, but I could listen to Hey Joe performed by just about any artist and be transfixed.
