Last time he played Jazz Fest (2 years ago I believe), they did a zydeco summit during his set: Zachary Richard, Wayne Toups, Terrence Simien and Rockin' Doopsie all joined him on stage. He was just recovering from another cancer bout. He will be greatly missed.
