It's awesome. David Byrne came out to play a couple songs together. I believe he is strumming while she sings this one. He may sing once, but he is smart enough to know she was nailing that song so he pipes down. They sing another one together later. The youtube is audio only. I cannot find the video.

No specific songs, but Cocteau Twins immediately come to mind.
I also like Adult, from Michigan I believe, and then there's slowcore by Low out of Duluth.
Robert Smith did a collaboration with Steve Severin of the Banshees who had a female singer which I liked on their only album Blue Sunshine by The Glove.
Yellownote had Pukka too. I liked her voice.
Then there's Bow Wow Wow's Chloe Demetria.
Berlin's Terry Nunn.
Bosio from Missing Persons.
