I use Spotify for virtually all of my digital music. I had an AUX cord input installed in my car a while back so I use Spotify in the car. The only downside to Spotify, IMO, is that their radio function fricking blows and will repeat songs dozens of times even when you already have them on the playlist from which you made the radio station. In that department they lack terribly behind Pandora. So if you are into random songs on radio, use Pandora, but if you're making playlists, Spotify can't be beat IMO.

If I am trying to find new music I go on Pandora and if there's something I like I just add it on Spotify. Spotify does have a feature called Discover Weekly and it's a playlist that gets updated automatically every week based on your listening habits. This feature actually works great and I have discovered several new songs and artists through this.

With Spotify you can also save songs to your computer or phone and play them anywhere without streaming (i.e. You don't need Internet). Was perfect for my beach trip to Mexico.

I have been paying for Spotify for almost 4 years and I have never regretted it.

I had sirius for several years. I loved it, but my only grip is the stations that I really like, play the same songs all the time. For instance 80's on 8, they have a decade of music to choose from, yet the same songs are played daily. I imagine its a licensing thing, but it sucks.

I see a lot of cars coming with apply play, bluetooth, etc, so I imagine with most new cards in the coming years will have all that standard, and you'll be able to just use spotify or pandora from your phone regularly.

Since I have let go of sirius xm, I have just started carrying around my bose soundlink with me and just stream from my phone. Pandora mostly. Haven't touched spotify.

It's worth it to me to just use Spotify on my phone with some earbuds. Yeah, I'm that guy.

Wife's car stereo has an aux input jack, though.

I have a Sirius subscription in the car and a Rhapsody subscription I use at the house--mainly for outside.
I use Sirius the most as I drive a good bit. I like it.

Spotify premium all day. You have the ability to listen to album same day it's released, if not within a couple days

Sirius is my choice because I can see 5 lines of text at once in preset mode allowing me to see what's playing on outlaw, bridge, lithium, 70s, and xmu, or 5 others of my presets if I scroll.

Pandora is my least favorite because it leaves genre. MixRadio is my second favorite.

^^^...yep. I like that my car system allows me to view what's on other stations before I jump to it--although it causes me to jump around the entire time I am in the car!

I like being able to choose any song I want to hear, saving it to my phone if needed. I have also discovered tons of artists from spotify.

Kinda dangerous doing it while driving, but I normally just put on a playlist or an album.

Same exact here.

Used Spotify Discover Weekly last night to get new music, and I have Pandora going right now (since early this morning) and I've noted everything I've liked and switched over to Pandora to download.

I love my Spotify Pro, but only bad thing is I recently got a newer vehicle than my last one.. yet it doesn't have AUX port. And the FM tuner SUCKS in comparison.

For some reason, I really like 8Tracks as well. It contains playlists that users have created, so I tend to find random "genres" that aren't really genres. For example, I can find playlist after playlist of the music I liked back in high school by typing in certain keywords. These aren't things you'd be able to find on something that isn't user-submitted.

Pandora. I like clicking a station and letting it do its stuff.

I do all of my classical listening on Spotify though

Same here. I love my Sirius but sometimes it gets repetitive. I've had Rhapsody for 6 years and love it. It was Spotify before there was a Spotify. I have so many albums/playlists downloaded to my phone and their radio stations aren't repetitive like Pandora.
