Anybody going?

My son and I are going to see Pearl Jam. I wouldn't mind seeing Florence and Neon Trees, though.

I'll be there. Wish I could make Friday, because that seems like a better day with Avett Brothers and Foo Fighers. Pretty pumped to see Pearl Jam though.

I'd like to see the Foos as well. That would just be extra, though. My wife bought Saturday tickets for my Father's Day gift, because she knew how long I've been wanting to see a PJ show.

Have you been before? Any insight into what to expect?

went last year and had a good time. It's the Saturday of the Auburn-LSU game this year so I'll be in Auburn instead.

I'm going both days. My son is joining for the 2nd day.

I know of the bands (saw Foo at JazzFest), but can't say I really listen to any of them (except Joan Jett back in the day).

Looking forward to it.

Saw the Foo's for the first time last night. Great show and Grohl is a monster. Played four cool covers too. Everybody wants some, in the flesh, breakdown, and bad reputation with Joan Jett

Nearly 60,000 at Piedmont last night. What a crowd. PJ was awesome.

Pearl Jam and Florence were great live! I wish I could've made it the first day though...

Luda was disappointing for it being in Atlanta and all.. I bet Tip killed it.

24 hours later and I still can't believe I finally saw PJ.

They didn't play a single song that I designated as wanting to hear. But it didn't matter. They played every song that my son wanted to hear except for Daughter. I thought he was going to come unglued when they started playing Alive, he was so excited.

It was a great night. I was holding him up on my side for his favorite songs, so he could see better. To be able to hold him up and sing Black together.....that was special.

He's already talking about when we can see them again.
