The guy plays two different time signatures at the same time And its not like, 4/4 and 3/4..
he plays something ridiculous like 14/16 and 9/7, then will go to an evolving rhythm.. He's really the best drummer I've ever seen or heard. He makes that shite look easy.

No you didn't and that's why I posted you act like it b/c you've used the term "math equations and shite" twice now.
Don't get me wrong, Carey is one of the main reasons Tool is able to take it to the next level musically but let's keep it in perspective here.
Neil Peart was doing the same thing 20 years earlier but you can't seem to grasp that or don't want to.
BTW, Joe Morello mentored Fishman.

Danny is one of the best drummers in music, period. He and Neil Peart are very similar, and consequently are considered to be at the top of their game.
The only thing I hate about Danny is that he's a KU fan. That's nearly unforgivable.
