in concert who would you choose? I don't care about how "revered" they are, I'm talking about from a pure talent/live performance prospective.

I've always loved blues but Ive stuck to the old classics when listening and have never been to a live performance outside of BB in nola 10 years ago. Def enjoying what I'm hearing

Doesn't look like he'll be anywhere near me anytime soon unfortunately.

Ya, he tours all over the world, but he usually does a few shows in the south every year... he plays in N.O. quite a bit, actually

As a matter of fact, the last time I saw Bonamassa, it was in NO at the Saenger.

I got to see SRV, and I've seen Buddy Guy, Derrick Trucks, and Joe Bonamassa. All 3 of them passed through Shreveport or Bossier in recent years.

Clapton would probably be my pick to see. Never got to see him.

This, especially if he has Beth Hart with him singing.

The guy is bad arse. Sounds just as clean and tight live as his albums. Caught him at the Saenger theatre.

Guy is a badass blues player no doubt.

But he acts like if Dwight Schrute learned to play guitar.
