I don’t need to hear another piece of Pink Floyd or Gilmour awesomeness. Just to ruin it for any nearby neighbors or people walking their dogs by my house.

That is Jon Carin on the lap steel for those interested. He has played with Pink Floyd, David Gilmour (solo) as well as being part of Roger's live group for many years now.
