I don't really know how good of a guitar player she is but Sophie Lloyd is fricking eye candy.

Fabiola Bellomo

Alessia Lanzone

Former guitarist Thalia Bellazecca

I don't care that she's known mostly as a bassist, Carol Kaye is one of the most respected session players of all time for a reason.

Nili Brosh. She’s played with Tony MacAlpine, The Iron Maidens, Cirque, Danny Elfman and Dethklok.

Molly Tuttle and Sarah Jarosz would embarrass any of these that have been posted so far, head to head.

Emily Burton of Fireball Ministry and Allison Robertson of the Donnas rocked more than any of them as well.

I’d also like to add Jane Wiedlin of the Go Gos just because she’s so much fun to watch

As is Susannah Hoffs. I ran across a video on YouTube one time, forgot to bookmark it and never have found it again, of her playing lead guitar. It was very good. She wasn’t as technically advanced as a lot of the folks that have been posted here, but she was making it $&@#%*$ howl and move like John Lennon said he tried to do when playing lead.

Three sisters from Mexico. Lead guitarist is also the main singer and really good. The secret weapon is the youngest sister who plays bass.
