It's pretty easy to google. Dylan's problem is not so much using other peoples words or melodies or images (in his painting), it's that he refuses to give credit and publishes it all under his own copyright. It's dicey at best..

he's a notorious pain in the arse and frankly intimidating to people around him (at least behind the scenes at concerts and commercials) ... i get that from make up artists who have worked with him.
