TMZ just reported the "band" was an exercise band and it was anchored over a door with some mountain climbing clip. His bodyguard had to break hotel door and bathroom door.
Makes sense of him being "on the floor". Bodyguard probably knocked him down getting in. Also reported he was on Ativan.
