I love the open backdrop behind the stage and the view of the trees.

I saw gpjr and crb there a few years ago after 2 nights of ween at red rocks.

Opera Granier in Paris, just on the beauty of the place if nothing else.

Fox Theatre in Atlanta...
Here's an underrated one (not even sure if it still exists) - McAllister Auditorium on Tulane's campus.

I have a massive lol for anyone that says HOB in New Orleans. For the longest time they were notorious for having the worst PA in the area.

I have seen shows there where I couldn't hear the vocals. Where you stood made a big difference in sound. Haven't noticed any sound problems there recently but it was uncomfortably cold last time I went back in June.

While not the best in my opinion (I prefer smaller, indoor venue)

Wrigley Field is a surprisingly great place for live music... I was very skeptical, but saw Springsteen last night and it was incredible!

I'm aging myself, but I always thought that as a venue the old amphitheater at the New Orleans World's Fair was a great concept for music. I remember Brian Setzer saying he wished it would have stayed intact.

My uncle still talks about the Warehouse

Going to the MSG Sphere in early November. I may change my mind.

For now it's The Station Inn in Nashville (the gulch).

My Lord, I am jealous!

Unfortunately I haven't been to any venues that would be considered great I wouldn't think. I guess the closest would be Lakewood Amphitheater and Chastain Park in Atlanta but those are probably pretty pedestrian compared to some of the venues you guys have posted.

We do have a small venue in my hometown called the Miller Theater, it doesn't bring in big acts but it is a pretty cool place to see a concert and has decent acoustics

Well, didn't see Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa mentioned. Certainly have to throw this venue in there. If ever in Tulsa, it's fabulous. If you're a burn bar venue sort of person, Tulsa's Mercury Lounge is outstanding.
