ACL Regulars -Ticket Question

Is there a cheaper way to get ACL tickets right now other than stubhub or the other ticket exchange sites? And do the ticket prices on those sites go down as the event gets closer? TIA

If you have your heart set on going all three days, you're probably going to get scalped. If you are indifferent if you get to go or not, then just keep checking craigslist close to the date of the festival. I got two single day passes for Sunday last year for $40 each. That's half (or less than) of the full price. I actually had two or three different sellers in a bidding war and they kept going lower and lower.

Friends and craigslist. Prices will never be higher than right now, and tend to go down once UT students have to choose between this and the football game. Root for UT to be undefeated headed into the OU game -- it'll drive ticket prices down as people unload tickets to go to Dallas instead.

Craigslist and Ebay are better bets. From what I've seen the prices don't go down until the few days before the concert when sellers get desperate.
