Not gonna try and put it in the rankings (mainly b/c I haven't heard half of em) but "Holdin' On To Black Metal" by My Morning Jacket's a pretty solid track.

I thought the same thing.

Not really a choir but Panic by The Smiths has children singing the words "Hang the DJ" for a solid one and a half to two minutes.

The Rolling Stones - You Can't Always Get What You Want. They performed the song with youth choirs live, but used the London Bach Choir on the studio version.
