I don't understand why people insist on trying to convince other people that a band is good or not. It is 100% subjective... How can you tell someone a band that they enjoy sucks, and why would you do that anyway? I understand saying you don't enjoy a band, but to just say a very popular band sucks is just asinine.

He does this on every board.

Not yet man... I started looking this weekend to get one, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Been going to a bunch of concerts lately and more upcoming (so my cash flow is a little tight), but I am hoping to get one in the next couple of weeks.

hbu?

And demanded equal rights.
"These oaks are just too greedy;
We will make them give us light."
Now there's no more oak oppression,
For they passed a noble law,
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet, axe, and saw.

Excellent list. I even like that order. No argument here. I saw Rush in the Cajundome here for the Big Money tour back in the mid-80's.

I mostly agree, except that I have objective evidence that Miyagi doesn't know what the frick he is talking about. I see a ton of people bringing their teenage kids to Rush concerts. When teens are not embarrassed to go see a band that their parents grew up with, that says something about the quality of the music. Rush was never a cool popular band like the Stones or U2. These teens are going to see guys in their 60s play music because they crave the virtuosic musicianship that was common in the 70s and is almost non-existent in today's popular music.
