What a great comic movie.

The ending with Jean saving them by becoming the Phoenix is such a great scene.

They had such great material to work with for X3 and just fricked it up.

For the past few days whenever I walk in the house after work, an X-Men film has been on FX.

I remember thinking X-2 was the best comic book movie ever made when it came out.

I haven't done a ranking in a while so I don't know where it falls now.

I think I liked the newest one better than X-2.
I did think it was the best comic movie when it came out as well. I'm going to have to wait until the other one isn't fresh and compare them later.

I don't know... Nightcrawler's scenes are still pretty damn badass in my opinion.

i don't think X3 is as bad as the board makes it sound.

definitely the worst of the original 3, but its not a bad comic movie as far as bad comic movies go.

The Quicksilver scene in the pentagon might be my favorite scene of any movie. Just super enjoyable to watch.

DOFP did drag some though. Too much time spent on relationship issues.

And the worst thing about X-men 3 to me is the waste of Juggernaut

It was way too rushed. It felt like they crammed three films' worth of material into 90 minutes.

Their rendition of Phoenix was even more retarded.

I wrote this about it a little while ago.....
quote:

Yeah, I remember when I saw the first one i thought it was OK. I wasn't really psyched to see the second one. I was 17 working at a movie theater when X2 came out. I walked in at the beginning of a showing while I was working. I saw the nightcrawler scene and was absolutely blown away. I watched it after my shift was over and thought it was the best superhero movie I had ever seen. It still holds up as greatness today.

X2 still surpasses DOFP in the villain department.

Brian Cox was amazing.

Anyone that knows the comics, this is the truth.
