I've never seen Unforgiven or The Sweet Hereafter - two that I wanted to see before making this list, I just didn't get around to it.

And several movies didn't make the list (Schindler's List, Braveheart, Dances with Wolves) b/c I haven't seen them in a while and can't remember exactly how I feel about them.

It's really good. I'd put it in my all time favorite western list, though I'm no connoisseur of cowboy flicks. But eff genre titles, it's simply a very good movie.
